Q: Who can purchase from the Premier Wholesale Program?
A: Businesses that are retailers, in the continental United States can purchase from the Premier Wholesale Program, but you must provide Houdini a copy of your Resale Certificate or Sellers Permit. Please fax a copy of your legal document with you first order to 714-525-5786.
Q: Does the Premier Wholesale Program run all year long?
A: No, this is a seasonal program which runs from October to December of each year, with spec sheets mailed late September to early October and shipping of orders to start in mid to late October. There is a limited quantity of each Gourmet Food basket design produced, therefore this product is sold on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order requirement is simply $500.00. (See below for order minimums in regards to new credit customers.) There is no minimum order quantity per individual sku.
Q: Is the cost of shipping included in the pricing?
A: Yes, the cost of "GROUND" shipping is included in the pricing, though we only ship within the continental United States. Please note there will be an extra minimum charge of $85.00 for a missed delivery that has to be rescheduled.
Q: Does Houdini drop ship individual items?
A: No, but provided the order fulfills the $500.00 minimum order requirement, we will ship it wherever the customer wants within the continental United States.
Q: How are the item packaged?
A: Each item is individually boxed and well packaged; ready for drop shipping.
Q: Does Houdini sell wholesale gift baskets containing wine?
A: Yes, but only to licensed liquor retailers within the state of California, who provide a copy of their current liquor license. (Shipping Charges are not included in pricing.)
Q: What are Houdini's payment terms?
A: Most orders are paid for by credit card, of which we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment. Credit terms can be established by submitting a complete credit application, which generally takes 3 to 4 weeks to run and the initial order minimum for new credit customers will be $2500.00. (No credit will be given under $2500.00.)
Q: Does Houdini allow sample orders?
A: No, all orders must comply with the $500.00 minimum or $2500.00 minimum for new credit customers.
Q: Does Houdini provide digital images?
A: Yes. They can be viewed by logging on to www.houdiniinc.com and clicking on the "Wholesale" links. You can simply COPY the images off the web page.
